ZeroMine provides infrastructure, coordination, and marketplace tooling for distributed compute activity. The platform is designed to connect compute supply and demand in a way that is commercially useful, operationally structured, and aligned with applicable law.
Users and hosts must not use ZeroMine for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activity. This includes, without limitation, malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized intrusion, denial-of-service activity, illegal surveillance, prohibited content generation, or any activity that violates applicable regulation or third-party rights.
Participants must not use the platform in violation of sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, or other applicable regulatory frameworks. ZeroMine reserves the right to suspend, review, restrict, or terminate access where participation may create legal, operational, or reputational risk.
ZeroMine may require identity verification, business verification, ownership validation, payment checks, node verification, or other onboarding controls before granting access to some parts of the platform. Verification requirements may vary based on account type, geography, transaction profile, or platform risk assessment.
Hosts are responsible for maintaining lawful access to the equipment, energy systems, networks, premises, and software they connect to ZeroMine. Hosts must ensure that their participation does not infringe the rights of third parties, violate local law, or breach any contractual or technical restrictions that apply to their infrastructure.
Users are responsible for the workloads, code, data, containers, prompts, inputs, and outputs they submit through the platform. Users must ensure they have all required rights, consents, licenses, and authorizations for the materials and compute tasks they run.
ZeroMine may apply technical, operational, and administrative controls to protect platform integrity. These may include logging, rate limits, access restrictions, anti-abuse systems, review workflows, anomaly monitoring, and node or job validation processes. Such measures are used to support reliability, safety, and lawful operation.
ZeroMine may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend accounts, jobs, nodes, or platform access where necessary to protect users, hosts, the network, or applicable legal obligations. We may also retain records, cooperate with lawful requests, and take any action reasonably required to manage platform risk.
Privacy and personal information handling are governed by the ZeroMine Privacy Policy. Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal data or regulated information unless expressly authorized and supported by platform policy, technical controls, and applicable agreement.
